I mean, it was fine, I guess, but I definitely felt more exposed than I wanted to. For a subject like this, I was hoping for something a lot more discreet. Totally calm about it, obviously, but yeah... it wasn’t really the experience I was looking for.

The delivery was okay overall, but it did arrive later than I expected. I remember waiting around and feeling a little disappointed because I had been looking forward to getting it that day. Nothing was damaged or anything, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but the delay definitely stuck with me.

I was able to get into my account without any trouble at first, but a couple of times the pages loaded really slowly or would not open at all. It did work in the end, so that was good, but it was still kind of annoying to deal with.

Maybe it works for some people, but for me it wasn’t really worth it. I ended up asking my lawyer and a few other people anyway, which I probably should have just done from the start.

This didn’t feel realistic to me at all. If you’re looking for something that feels true-to-life or believable, I’d probably suggest checking a few other options first or reading more reviews from people with similar expectations

I bought this thinking it might help with what my brother is going through, but... a lot of the information didn’t line up with his facility at all. The rules, visiting process, phone stuff, even the day-to-day details were different. It felt a little too general and maybe outdated.
